Customer Service Representative - CCA (Part Time)

Interact directly with customers through inbound call services and outbound call services to provide product and service information, in-depth customer services, or answer customer's queries upon request. Our business does not involve in direct sales or debt collection activities of any kind.
• Male or Female, age over 18, Graduated with M.6 or Higher Degree,
or Currently Studying Bachelor's Degree in any fields
Flexible Working Hours during :
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 20.00 Hrs.
• Good command of Thai – speaking and writing
• Service Mind with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good computer (MS Office) and internet skills
• Able to work in rotating shifts and overtime
Saturday 10.00 - 20.00 Hrs.
• If accepted, able to start immediately
• One 1” or 2” photograph
• Copy of Household Registration
• Copy of Citizen Identification (CID)
• Certified Copy of Degree or Transcript from Educational Institution
• Recommendation Letter (If any)
