Call Center Agent - CCA


Responsibilities  

Interact directly with customers through inbound call services and outbound call services to provide product and service information, in-depth customer services, or answer customer's queries upon request. Our business does not involve in direct sales or debt collection activities of any kind. 
 

Qualifications 

• Male or Female, age over 18, Studying or Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Good command of Thai and English – speaking and writing
• Service Mind with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good computer (MS Office) and internet skills
• Able to work in rotating shifts and overtime
• Call Center Experiences is an advantage


Documents Required 

 • One 1” or 2” photograph
 • Copy of Household Registration
 • Copy of Citizen Identification (CID)
 • Certified Copy of Degree or Transcript from Educational Institution
 • Recommendation Letter (If any)
