Customer Service Representative (CSR) - English




Customer Service Representative - CSR is a high level service position responsible for providing support and services to our valuable customers’ specific needs which vary from one customer to another.  This premium service requires CSR to be very service-minded individual, flexible, and willing to help others in finding solutions to their satisfaction.


 • Male or Female, age over 20, with Bachelor's Degree in any fields
 • Good command in Thai and English – speaking and writing
 • Service Mind with good communication and inter-personal skills
 • Able to handle complaints and difficult situations
 • Good computer (MS Office) and internet skills
 • Able to work as a team, in rotating shifts, and overtime
 • Call Center Experiences is an advantage

Documents Required

• One 1” or 2” photograph 
• Copy of Household Registration
• Copy of Citizen Identification (CID)
• Certified Copy of Degree or Transcript from Educational Institution
• Recommendation Letter (If any)
