Role & Responsibilities
• ทดสอบการทำงานของซอฟต์แวร์เพื่อให้สามารถทำงานได้ตรงตาม Software Requirement Specification (SRS)
• จัดทำเอกสาร Testing Scenario, Test plans, Test Scripts.
• จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ (User Manual)
• ทำงานร่วมกับ Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager เพื่อส่งมอบงานให้ได้ตามกำหนด
• จัดทำเอกสารสรุปผลการทดสอบ SIT (stem and Integration Testing), User Acceptance Test (UAT) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ
• ค้นคว้าเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงและตรวจสอบคุณภาพซอฟต์แวร์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• งาน support อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่าย IT ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
